If you came to the Meet Your Karma Book Launch the other day, we will be in the larger classroom in that same building. CSL complex is comprised of several buildings including the suite at #115.

Meet Your Karma is filled with tons of self-help exercises including journaling, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxations and of course, several guided journeys to take you into your past lives. You can record the journeys and play them back to yourself, or come to the workshop, where I will be walking participants through several of these to get you started and I will show you how to best continue the processes in the book to get the most results.
